overestimator
One who exaggerates
An overestimator is someone who consistently judges quantities, values, or abilities to be greater than they actually are.
The term often appears in statistical or psychological contexts to describe a systematic bias: He's a chronic overestimator of how much he can accomplish in a day.
The opposite is an underestimator.
