overachieve
Exceed all standards
To overachieve is to perform beyond expectations, especially academically or professionally.
The word often carries a faint note of criticism—implying excessive striving or anxiety about success: She's such an overachiever.
But it can also simply mean exceeding goals: The sales team overachieved by fifteen percent this quarter.
