oven drying
Baking moisture out
Oven drying is a method of removing moisture from food or other materials by placing them in an oven at low temperatures for extended periods.
It's a common home preservation technique for fruits, vegetables, and herbs when a dedicated dehydrator isn't available: She tried oven drying the tomatoes at 200 degrees for six hours.
