opulency
State of richness
Opulency is a rare variant of opulence—great wealth or luxuriousness.
Both forms describe lavish abundance: the opulency of the palace, a lifestyle of opulency.
Opulence is far more common in contemporary usage; opulency appears mainly in older texts or when a writer wants an archaic flavor.
