odorousness
Quality of smelling
The quality of having a strong or distinctive smell.
Odorousness is neutral—it doesn't specify whether the smell is pleasant or foul, only that it's noticeable: The odorousness of the cheese made it impossible to ignore.
The word is uncommon; most speakers reach for smelliness or simply say something has a strong smell.
