nudge nudge
Winking verbal prod
A knowing interjection suggesting there's a hidden (usually sexual) meaning in what was just said, often paired with wink wink.
From a Monty Python sketch where a character uses elaborate euphemisms while repeatedly saying "nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more" to imply something salacious: She's quite attractive, nudge nudge.
