nonpreventable
Bound to happen
Nonpreventable describes something that cannot be stopped from happening or avoided through prior action.
The term appears most often in medical, legal, and insurance contexts: The coroner ruled it a nonpreventable death.
A nonpreventable accident implies no one could reasonably have foreseen or averted it.
