stoppable
Able to halt
Stoppable describes something that can be stopped or prevented from continuing.
The word appears almost exclusively in negative constructions—unstoppable, not stoppable—making its standalone positive form sound slightly odd.
When it does appear alone, it's usually to counter an assumption of inevitability: The decline isn't inevitable; it's stoppable.
