metalearning
Studying study itself
Metalearning is learning about learning—developing strategies for how to acquire knowledge more effectively.
In machine learning, metalearning refers to algorithms that improve their learning process across multiple tasks, essentially learning to learn.
In education and cognitive science, it describes becoming aware of your own learning patterns: Metalearning helped me realize I retain information better through teaching others.
