lotiony

Smooth and emollient

Lotiony describes something that has the texture, consistency, or feel of lotion—smooth, slightly slick, and moisturizing.

It's used informally to characterize skin that's been recently moisturized my hands are all lotiony, or to describe products and substances with lotion-like properties.

The word can carry either positive connotations (soft, hydrated) or mildly negative ones (greasy, slippery) depending on context.
