leave it out

Don't include it

Leave it out is a British expression telling someone to stop what they're doing or saying—usually because it's annoying, unbelievable, or unwelcome: Oh, leave it out, will you?

It can dismiss exaggeration or nonsense: You ran a four-minute mile? Leave it out!

The tone ranges from mildly irritated to genuinely fed up.
