lager lout
Drunk causing problems
A lager lout is a young man who drinks too much beer and behaves badly in public—loud, aggressive, often rowdy in packs.
The term is British, emerging in the 1980s to describe a type blamed for football hooliganism and town-center disorder: The pub banned them after they turned into lager louts.
