tearaway
Reckless wild youth
A tearaway is a reckless young person who behaves wildly or causes trouble—British slang for what Americans might call a hellion or juvenile delinquent.
The word suggests youthful rebellion rather than serious criminality: He was a bit of a tearaway in his teens but settled down after university.
As an adjective, it describes such behavior: tearaway youth.
