knee sleeve
Leg joint support
A knee sleeve is a snug elastic tube worn over the knee joint for compression and support.
Athletes use them during weightlifting, running, or sports to reduce strain and keep the joint warm: I always wear knee sleeves for heavy squats.
Unlike knee braces, sleeves provide mild support rather than rigid stabilization for injuries.
