journalling
Regular personal writing
Journalling is the practice of regularly writing in a journal—recording thoughts, experiences, or reflections.
The activity ranges from diary-keeping to structured exercises for mental health or creativity: I started journalling to process my anxiety.
Also spelled journaling.
The word serves as both a gerund and present participle of journal used as a verb.
