introvertedness
Preference for solitude
Introvertedness is the quality of being introverted—oriented toward one's inner life rather than external stimulation.
Someone with introvertedness tends to recharge through solitude and may find prolonged social interaction draining: Her introvertedness made networking events exhausting.
The word is interchangeable with introversion, though introversion is more common.
