interactive theater
Drama with participation
Interactive theater is a form of live performance where audience members participate in or influence the action rather than passively watching.
Performers may speak directly to attendees, invite them into scenes, or let their choices shape the narrative.
The genre ranges from murder mystery dinners to immersive productions where audiences wander freely through elaborate sets: We spent three hours exploring the interactive theater experience.
