innominate
Lacking a name
Innominate means unnamed or having no name.
The word appears most often in anatomy, where the innominate bone is the large hip bone formed from three fused bones, and the innominate artery is a major vessel branching from the aorta.
Outside technical contexts, innominate is rare and literary: some innominate dread.
