indictees
Formally accused parties
Indictees are people who have been formally charged with crimes through indictment.
The term appears in legal and news contexts when multiple defendants face charges from the same investigation or case: The indictees in the racketeering case included three former executives.
Less common than "the indicted" or "those indicted."
