healed up
Wound closed completely
Healed up means fully recovered from an injury or wound.
The "up" adds a sense of completion—not just healing, but finished healing: Give it another week and you'll be all healed up.
The phrase applies to physical injuries and, figuratively, to emotional wounds or damaged relationships: We had a falling out, but we've healed up since then.
