head crusher
Cranial torture device
A head crusher is a medieval torture device that compresses the skull, placed over the head with a cap on top and a bar under the chin, tightened by a screw mechanism.
The term also describes a prank or visual gag where someone frames a distant person's head between thumb and forefinger, pretending to squeeze it: I'm crushing your head.
