grading systems
Academic scoring methods
Grading systems are methods for evaluating and ranking student performance, typically using letters (A through F), numbers, or percentages.
Different institutions use different scales—what earns an A at one school might be a B at another.
The grading system here is tough; a 93 is only an A-minus.
Beyond education, grading systems classify meat quality, diamond clarity, or disability severity.
