gleek

Spit under tongue

Gleek has two unrelated meanings.

The older one is to squirt saliva from under the tongue, usually done intentionally as a prank or party trick: He gleeked on me during class.

More recently, gleek became slang for an enthusiastic fan of the TV show *Glee*, modeled on *geek*: The gleeks organized a watch party for the finale.
