Not being truthful
Full of it is a euphemistic way of saying full of shit—lying, exaggerating, or talking nonsense.
The phrase allows the speaker to convey disbelief or dismissal without explicit vulgarity: He says he dated a supermodel? He's full of it.
The "it" stands in for the unspoken obscenity while preserving the accusation.
