food truck rally
Roving kitchen gathering
A food truck rally is a gathering of mobile food vendors in one location, typically outdoors, offering varied cuisines to crowds who stroll among the trucks.
These events are often scheduled regularly or tied to festivals, concerts, or community celebrations: The Saturday food truck rally draws dozens of vendors to the park.
