floral tape
Bouquet binding strip
Floral tape is a stretchy, waxy tape used in flower arranging to bind stems together or attach them to wire.
Unlike regular tape, it adheres to itself when stretched rather than having a sticky surface.
It comes in green to blend with stems, though other colors exist for decorative purposes: She wrapped the boutonniere stems with floral tape.
