firm offer
Non-negotiable price commitment
A firm offer is a promise to buy or sell that cannot be withdrawn for a specified period.
In contract law, particularly under the Uniform Commercial Code, a merchant's written offer to buy or sell goods remains open and irrevocable for the stated time, even without consideration from the other party: The supplier made a firm offer good for thirty days.
