farm share
Weekly vegetable box
A farm share is a subscription arrangement where customers pay upfront for a portion of a farm's seasonal harvest, receiving regular boxes of produce throughout the growing season.
Also called community-supported agriculture or CSA.
The model shares risk between farmer and consumer—if crops fail, members get less; if they thrive, everyone benefits.
We picked up our farm share every Thursday.
