error handler
Code failure manager
An error handler is code that responds when something goes wrong in a program—catching exceptions, logging problems, or providing fallback behavior instead of crashing.
Good error handling anticipates failures gracefully: The error handler displays a friendly message when the server is unreachable.
Also called exception handler in some contexts.
