eradicable

Able to destroy

Eradicable describes something that can be completely eliminated or destroyed.

The word applies to things like diseases, pests, or social problems that might potentially be wiped out entirely: Smallpox proved to be an eradicable disease.

It is the opposite of ineradicable, which describes something stubbornly persistent and impossible to get rid of.
