dropshipped
Shipped from manufacturer
Dropshipped describes goods sold through a retail arrangement where the seller never handles inventory.
When an order comes in, the retailer forwards it to a manufacturer or wholesaler who ships directly to the customer: The items were dropshipped from a warehouse in China.
The model allows online sellers to operate without stocking products themselves.
