double-jointed
Extremely flexible joints
Double-jointed describes unusual flexibility in the joints, allowing limbs or fingers to bend beyond the normal range: She's double-jointed and can bend her thumb back to touch her wrist.
The term is informal and slightly misleading—there aren't actually two joints, just looser ligaments.
The medical term is hypermobility.
