dirt jumps
Earthen cycling ramps
Dirt jumps are mounded earthen ramps built for BMX bikes or mountain bikes, designed for riders to launch into the air and perform tricks.
The jumps typically come in sequences, with a takeoff mound, a gap, and a landing mound: We spent the summer building dirt jumps in the woods.
A dirt jump bike is designed specifically for this riding style.
