demo session
Product preview meeting
A demo session is a scheduled period for demonstrating something—typically software, a product, or a skill.
In sales and tech contexts, it's a meeting where a vendor shows potential customers how a product works: We have a demo session with the client at two.
In music, a demo session is studio time for recording rough versions of songs before formal production.
