curing time
Time to harden
Curing time is the period required for a material to reach its full strength or hardness after application.
Concrete, epoxy, adhesives, and paints all have specific curing times that must elapse before the material can bear weight or stress: Allow 24 hours of curing time before walking on the new floor.
Rushing the curing time compromises the final result.
