crop dust
Spray fields aerially
Crop dusting is spraying pesticides or fertilizers over farmland from a low-flying aircraft.
The pilot who does this is a crop duster, as is the plane itself.
In slang, to crop dust is to pass gas while walking through a space, leaving others to encounter the smell: He crop dusted the whole office on his way to the break room.
