crocodile hunter
Pursues armored reptiles
A crocodile hunter is someone who captures or kills crocodiles, whether for conservation, pest control, or commercial purposes like skins and meat.
The phrase became iconic through Steve Irwin, the Australian wildlife presenter known as "The Crocodile Hunter," whose enthusiastic style made it synonymous with hands-on, fearless wildlife handling: He approached the snake like some kind of crocodile hunter.
