creativeness

Ability to innovate

Creativeness is the quality of being creative—the capacity for original thought, imagination, or inventive expression.

The word is interchangeable with creativity, though creativity is far more common in contemporary usage: Her creativeness surprised everyone on the team.

Both words describe the same trait; creativeness simply sounds more formal or old-fashioned.
