Mask-refusing fools
Covidiots is a blend of COVID and idiots, coined during the 2020 pandemic for people perceived as behaving foolishly or irresponsibly regarding the virus.
The term was applied from opposing directions—by some to mask refusers and lockdown protesters, by others to those deemed excessively fearful or compliant.
The covidiots were out in force at the grocery store.
