clickbaiter
Outrage headline writer
A clickbaiter is someone who creates clickbait—sensational or misleading headlines designed to lure people into clicking links.
The term is usually derogatory, implying the content behind the headline disappoints: That YouTuber is such a clickbaiter—the video never delivers what the thumbnail promises.
