chest mount
Body camera holder
A chest mount is a harness or strap system that secures a camera to the wearer's torso, positioning it at chest level to capture a first-person perspective.
Common with action cameras like GoPros, chest mounts provide more stable footage than head mounts and naturally frame the wearer's hands and arms: The skier's chest mount caught every pole plant and turn.
