caricature art
Comically distorted likenesses
Caricature art is a style of drawing or painting that exaggerates distinctive features—typically facial—for comic or satirical effect.
The tradition runs from political cartoons to boardwalk portrait artists who enlarge a subject's nose or ears while maintaining recognizability: The caricature art at the fair made everyone look like cartoon versions of themselves.
