blub

Weep without restraint

Blub is British informal for crying or weeping, especially in a blubbering way—messy, noisy, uncontrolled: I blubbed through the whole film.

It's a shortened form of blubber, with the same mildly dismissive tone suggesting the crying is excessive or undignified.
