aunt-in-law

Uncle's wife, perhaps

An aunt-in-law is the aunt of one's spouse, or the wife of one's uncle.

The term extends the "-in-law" pattern to more distant relations, though it sees less use than closer in-law terms like mother-in-law or sister-in-law: I only see my aunts-in-law at holiday gatherings.
