aspect-oriented
Concern-separating programming paradigm
Aspect-oriented describes a programming paradigm that separates cross-cutting concerns—features like logging, security, or error handling that affect multiple parts of a program—from the main business logic.
Rather than scattering the same code throughout an application, aspect-oriented programming centralizes these concerns in modules called aspects: Aspect-oriented design simplified our authentication code.
