annunciate
Declare with clarity
Annunciate means to announce or proclaim, typically something of significance.
The word is formal and relatively rare, appearing mostly in religious contexts—the Annunciation being the angel Gabriel's announcement to Mary that she would bear Jesus.
Outside theology, enunciate (to pronounce clearly) is often confused with annunciate, and the two sometimes blur: She annunciated each syllable with care.
