alcohol gel
Pocket germ killer
Alcohol gel is a hand sanitizer in gel form, typically containing 60–95% ethanol or isopropanol to kill germs without water.
It became ubiquitous during the COVID-19 pandemic, appearing at building entrances, store counters, and in personal bags: There's alcohol gel by the door if you need it.
