agreeability

Willingness to comply

Agreeability is the quality of being agreeable—pleasant, willing to go along with others, or easy to get along with.

In personality psychology, it's one of the Big Five traits, describing someone's tendency toward cooperation, trust, and social harmony rather than conflict.

A person with high agreeability tends to be accommodating and empathetic.

Her agreeability made her popular with coworkers, though sometimes she struggled to say no.
