accident prone
Always getting hurt
Accident prone describes someone who seems to have more than their share of mishaps—the person who always trips, spills, or breaks things.
The term suggests an inherent tendency rather than bad luck: She's so accident prone, we don't let her near the good china.
It can also describe situations or environments where accidents happen frequently.
