Russian tea

Spiced orange drink

Russian tea is hot tea served in a particular style—typically strong black tea in a glass, often with lemon and sugar rather than milk.

In American usage, Russian tea also refers to a spiced tea mix made with instant tea, Tang or other citrus powder, cinnamon, and cloves, served hot: We made Russian tea for the church potluck.
